Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I want a fort to sleep in.
How did you make yours? |

My forts consisted of the dining chairs, with blankets stretched out all over the place.
They closely resembled my ships, and also my tents when I was camping.
Occassionally I got a HUGE box and just moved into that.
This was assuming that the floor was not a shark infested ocean at the time. |

my bed is in the corner of the room, so i've got some sheets which run along the wall and drape down over the bed. given the height of the bed posts its not such a difficult thing to do.
as there is also a window next to the bed, the window sill acts as my battle weapons unit, consisting of my lightsaber and slingshot.
the bedstead is metal, and has a georgian cross style shape to it, so looking through the headboad is a bit like looking out the front of a battleship, and my pillow acts as my control center.
its really more of a battle spacecraft than a fort.
it actually used to be a speedboat/spacecraft, but after turning 21 i realised that the bedroom floor isn't quite the ocean it could have been and thus scrapped the speedboat idea. |

YEah, Reelist has the right idea. That's what I want.
Perhaps I could build one in the sitting room? Near to the TV. |

i've also got a tv at the foot of the bed, so if i want to include that then i have to carefully drape the sheet over the tv. and as the tv acts as a monitor for my computer, i can access the net whilst rolling in my battleship.
wherever you go, whatever you do, barfi is only two clicks away. |

I tried sleeping in the fort last night, but it's a trifle small for me.
I am drawing up plans for my onw fort. In someone else's flat. Tho she doesn't know it yet. And it's going to be kind of permanent. With concrete and shit. More of a bunker, really. |

I drove past a house the other day where they had built decking around the bough of a tree, and then put a little house on the decking. That's what I want. I need a tree first. |

I changed my mind about this - I now want to sleep in a motor home. when it's being driven on the motorway. But I want it to be provided with steel plated armour and a couple of machine guns and shit. that would be well cool. |
