The articles aren't clear on whether or not the talks that Izzadeen and crew did specificially told the go-seer's that the money they were giving would go to the freedom fighters. Does anyone know about that?
Anybody who's been to a mosque for Jummah knows that almost every speaker has some reference to the war in their khuthba. Some even going as far as saying derogatory things about the British/Americans. Money is usually collected after the khuthbas, which include various topics most of the time.
Is that proof enough to put these sort of charges on someone? |

I'm not a big fan of the guy, but i tell you one thing, HT hasn't survived all these years by getting their hands dirty, they are crafty, they never get involved in nay real activity that is illegal.
This guy, others such as the cartoon protestors, have been taken down hard to tell muslims to "shut up". Like that's gonna happen.

This Trevor Brooks/Abu Izadden or whatever his name is.....he is a total joke.
He speaks some utter bull.
I saw him once outside Regents Mosque a while back with loudspeakers and his balaclava clad crew coming with some real crap. They then led a march to Hyde Park (it was a pre-arranged protest with police escort and all).
Anyway it's people like him that detrarct from the real issues at hand and discredit those who are actually campaigning for issues such as Iraq/Palestine/Kashmir, etc..
There's this clip of him on the BBC website where he says 'Terrorism and terrorising is a part of Islam'. Is this guy for real?
WTF - I mean where do these people find these quotes, its like they are making things up as they go along. Pisses me off that does.
With regards to the trial, from what I have read, it seems he's been convicted on truped up charges, basically the gov want him out of sight, and it's not like he's not giving them any ammunition tbh.
He is actually a clever man, if he used those brain cells in a positive manner instead of comming out of controversial comments and being a bit of a prick, he could have done far more for the causes he claims to be campaigning for. |

What? :\
Damn, are all the London and surrounding area imams out of their minds? No wonder Dispatches aired that special on the mosques in London.
But again, I believe that if there is a problem with what the imams of an area are teaching, it should be addressed by the Muslim community - not by the government.

You see again, i think it's important that we have access to the entire content of the lecture. Take 2-3 words from anywhere and you can make them mean whatever you want.
Zakir Naik said all muslims should be terrorists, terrorists against criminals and breaking the law etc. (his way of saying we should uphold the law). |

This pathetic fool of a man izzedin does not represent your rightous muslim. Ranting n raving with his deranged beliefs (due to self-study) he is not doing muslims as a whole no benefit at all,in fact,its people like him that misrepresent what islam is about..talks of jihad,the only jihad in uk is 'jihad al nafs',(struggle of the soul..why doesnt he do hijri and fufil his misguided dutys, coward..i have come accros his fellow HT clan at a few lectures n all i can say is, adab (respect,a basic principle in islam) which he cannot seem to adhere to. And why is it, all those that are arrested for susspicon and what have you,all seem to be from the ahle-hadith?? |
